A week of "firsts"

These are not first time events, but they have not happened in a while. This past week is my first 20 mile week since December 2009.

Also, Saturday I ran 7 miles (not including warm-up and cool down). I ran for an hour and 23 minutes. The purpose of this workout was to go the distance slow and easy. With that time, this run was a resounding success!

After my run, Jason and I bombed on up to Floyd, VA. We attended a wine reception on Sunday with Jason's dad, Chip, and Sheree. We are back home trying to get ready for the week.
